As a Repair Technician, you’ll be a vital part of our service team, diagnosing and repairing a variety of equipment for clients across Egypt. You’ll possess a knack for problem-solving and a drive to get things up and running again. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of finding solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in a wide range of equipment using your technical expertise.
- Repair equipment using high-quality European components to ensure long-term functionality.
- Clearly explain repair recommendations to clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Perform repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to Greenwell’s high standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Document all repairs completed and maintain accurate service records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to identify equipment problems.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- A meticulous approach to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Valid Egyptian driver’s license and reliable transportation may be preferred.
- Prior experience working with European machinery a strong plus.
