About the Role:
As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients experience the Greenwell difference. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of equipment at customer sites across Egypt. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service and a genuine desire to help our clients succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment using high-quality European components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and accurately.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and avoid breakdowns.
- Provide clear explanations and recommendations to clients regarding their equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and document all work completed.
- Ensure a professional and positive demeanor while representing Greenwell at client sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Valid Egyptian driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Prior experience working with European machinery a strong plus.
